Hexi nervous-system preview The brain map, region colours, prompt flash and decay rules are adapted from Hexi's own packages/bundle/src/nerves-view.js. The four recorded examples were generated locally with Hexi's Brain implementation on a fresh connectome for each input: prompt, success, error, and danger (0.9). They are sample responses, not measurements of a visitor or activity on a visitor's computer. No user session or personal data is included. The browser replays the sample readings. Connectome: male Drosophila CNS, neuPrint male-cns:v1.0 Berg et al., Cell 189:5504, 2026; Janelia, MRC LMB, Google Research. https://male-cns.janelia.org/ Data licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Data packed by fly-brain-minecraft (synapse threshold 5, re-indexed): https://github.com/blendi-remade/fly-brain-minecraft Neuron model: Shiu et al., Nature 634:210, 2024. neuPrint: Plaza et al. 2022. The preview distributes only aggregate sample activity by region and drive, not the connectome itself. Layout is adapted for the website; sample readings are unchanged and the display fades them using Hexi's own timing rules. Pictures of the nervous system (img/brain) Drawn on 29 October 2026 from the same connectome: each dot is a neuron's cell body at its recorded position. What is lit in each comes from Hexi's own code run locally on that connectome: the neurons that fired in Hexi's Brain for a success, an error, a touch, heat, a danger score of 0.8 and arousal; the mushroom body's Kenyon-cell codes for example commands; the go/no-go gate's settled outputs; and the populations nerves-body.js and nerves-mushroom.js use. They are sample activity, not a visitor's, and contain no personal data.
